401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Eligible employees participate in a generous 401(K) plan to assist with retirement planning.  Kleinschmidt’s 401(K) plan provides the convenience of pre- or post-tax (Roth) payroll deferrals along with bi-weekly employer matching contributions and additional annual contributions. Matching contributions are 100% vested immediately, and annual contributions are subject to a standard vesting schedule. Employees direct their deferrals and employer contributions among a full suite of investment options.
