Alex Coulling, P.E.

Staff Engineer

Alex Coulling specializes in structural design for hydropower facility components including fish passage facilities, intakes, penstocks, rubber dams, and ancillary equipment. Alex has experience in offshore engineering related to offshore wind turbines. He performs 3-D structural modeling and structural design calculations, inspects Tainter gates, and develops Tainter gate repairs.
