Becky Allen, P.E., P.G.

Engineering Section Manager - Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Becky is a geological engineer with experience desiging and rehabilitating dams, canals, and levees. Her technical work has included seepage and stabiliyu modeling, simplified liquefaction triggering analysis, risk assessments, and filter design. She has inspected over 80 dams ranging from a few feet to over 600 feet in height, conducted 30 miles of canal safety inspections, and observed construction on earthen embankment and RCC dams. While living and working in New Zealand, she helped rebuild efforts from the devastating 2011 Christchurch earthquakes.
