Fisheries and Aquatic Scientist
Jesse is a member of Kleinschmidt’s Fish Passage and Protection Team and provides key support to our Regulatory and Hydro Relicensing Department. Jesse is responsible for the administration and development of scientific and relicensing efforts, including fish passage effectiveness testing and fish passage protection, relicensing studies (e.g., instream flow studies, water quality studies, and baseline environmental studies), stakeholder consultation and collaboration, data analysis and management, and technical reporting. As one of our lead aquatic resource specialists, Jesse is also responsible for environmental analyses associated with FERC’s National Environmental Policy Act (e.g., FERC Exhibit E) and ESA Section 7 consultation for threatened and endangered fish species.
