PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Keith Martin works on the design of fish passage facilities and other hydropower infrastructure. While at Kleinschmidt, he has performed inspection, analysis, and design for fishways, penstocks, gate systems, trashracks, spillways, and surge tanks. He is well versed in dynamic analysis of structures and three-dimensional finite element modeling. Keith has also performed feasibility assessments for fish passage, hydropower capacity upgrades, minimum flow units, inflatable flashboard systems, and other capital improvements. Recently, Keith has been focused on the design of upstream fish elevators and downstream fish passage as part of the Penobscot River Restoration projects.
