Administrative Coordinator

Renea Qua is responsible for the Maine office facility improvements interior/exterior and day to day functionality of facilities and equipment. Responsible for purchasing office supplies, furniture, safety, and field equipment in the MEO as well as the smaller regional offices and is the “go to” for all other office locations. Responsible for ordering and facilitating set up, opening, and closing of all Kleinschmidt office locations. Member of Safety committee. Team leader role for the Administrative Assistants at Kleinschmidt. Manager of Publications Department. Member of Records Management Committee. Work with marketing management as needed.
