Steve Knapp is a Professional Wetland Scientist with the Society of Wetland Scientists. He is a active member of the Maine Association of Wetland Scientists (MAWS) and a Member of the Maine Association of Site Evaluators (MASE). Steve specializes in wetland/wildlife related studies, reporting, and analysis and is also a licensed State Site Evaluator (License No. S376). He has experience with design, implementation, and monitoring wetland restoration/mitigation projects, stream restoration projects, and invasive species management. Steve's skills include wetland delineation, wetland functional assessment, environmental permitting, vernal pool evaluation, wildlife habitat assessment, botanical inventories, and stream survey and assessment. Additionally Steve has been involved with the development of a variety of desk top mapping projects and is experienced with the use of ArcMap and aerial photo interpretation.
