Charles is a Engineer working out of our Pennsylvania office. He is involved in a variety of projects ranging from drone surveying, H&H modeling, GIS, and stream and habitat restoration. He is a licensed drone pilot, and has experience in 2D HEC-RAS Modeling, and the ArcGIS suite. He is actively working on improving his programming skills to enhance project workflows in GIS.

Charles received his M.S. from Virginia Tech in Biological Systems Engineering. For his thesis he compared two types of UAV remote sensed data, Lidar and Structure from Motion photogrammetry, to estimate vegetative roughness in floodplains. He has a B.S. in Environmental Science and a B.A. in Geography, also from Virginia Tech. Charles is currently an Engineer in training (E.I.T) in Virginia.
