Kelly Larimer brings 27 years of hydropower experience, with deep expertise in strategic regulatory planning and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing and compliance. As a Project/Program Director, she leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering hydro engineering and regulatory projects with a focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and long-term success. Her work includes strategic planning, public outreach, environmental and resource management planning, stakeholder facilitation, and agency consultation. Kelly also supports land use and environmental assessments and develops restoration, land and resource, and recreation management plans. She is known for combining strong technical leadership with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to complex projects.
