Lynette Gardner specializes in fisheries and aquatic habitat assessments and fish passage monitoring. She is responsible for leading field efforts to support various fisheries and aquatic studies including fish passage evaluation, fish and macroinvertebrate population surveys, and aquatic habitat characterization. Lynette’s skills include radio telemetry design and implementation, Instream Flow Incremental Methodology (IFIM), and data management and analysis. She has supported a number of hydropower regulatory projects by implementing field studies, developing federal, state, and municipal permit applications, and authoring sections of relicensing and compliance documents.
Lynette holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Allegheny College.
