Kelly Larimer has 27 years of hydropower-specific experience and specializes in strategic regulatory planning and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing and compliance activities. She oversees multi-disciplinary teams working on hydro engineering and regulatory projects as a Project/Program Director to ensure project success. She conducts strategic planning, public outreach, environmental and resource management planning, stakeholder facilitation, and agency consultation. Kelly conducts land use and environmental assessments and prepares restoration and land/resource and recreation management plans.
