We know that flexibility is essential to supporting personal well-being and professional success. That’s why we offer 80 hours of floating holiday time each year, giving full-time, benefits-eligible employees the freedom to observe the holidays and celebrations that matter most to them, on their schedule.
By giving our team the choice, we honor the diversity of our workforce and empower everyone to take time off in a way that fits their values, culture, and life. It’s one more way to support balance, autonomy, and a people-first workplace.
