Adam Haskell has 19 years of hydropower-specific experience and is a Project Manager, Senior Engineer, and Technical Director for one of Kleinschmidt’s engineering divisions. Adam specializes in the design of new hydroelectric structures, rehabilitation of existing hydroelectric sites, and inspection of penstocks and water retaining structures. He performs engineering design for a variety of hydropower structures including powerhouses, intake structures, trash racks, gates, penstocks, spillways, rubber dams, and access bridges. He also performs finite element modeling for the stability analysis of existing dams and the design of new structures. 

Adam has his M.S. in Civil Engineering and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maine and Vermont. He also serves on the University of Maine Department of Civil Engineering Advisory Board.
