John “Andy” Holmes has 33 years of technical team and project management-specific experience and is a certified Project Management Professional. He has over 30 years of experience in technical project, program, and platform management, government contracts, critical infrastructure protection, and information technology infrastructure. Andy has over 15 years of experience creating roadmaps and objectives as a project manager on technical contracts. He is an expert at technical project and process management, with full understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Spiral, SCRUM, Lean, and Earned Value Management methodologies, as well as hybrids. 

Andy received his Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Colorado and earned a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from Colorado Technical University.
