Bill Cutting, P.E. has nearly 50 years of experience in the management and engineering design of major capital facilities for municipal, electric power generation and transmission, fisheries and wildlife habitat development, and road and highway projects throughout the West. He is experienced in all aspects of capital facility planning, design, construction and operations and has provided civil, structural, and fisheries expertise for value engineering studies throughout the U.S. for a variety of federal, state, and local agencies. He has authored and presented technical papers to the Association of Conservation Engineers and American Fisheries Society. As a civil engineer, Bill is experienced in the planning, design and construction of water and wastewater pumping station; water and wastewater treatment; river intakes; water storage tanks and reservoirs; pipelines, distribution and collection systems; fish screening and exclusion systems; fish ladders and passage systems; spawning channels and fish hatcheries; and electric power transmission and distribution systems. He is a Life Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is also a registered Professional Engineer in Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, and Colorado.
Bill obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
