Fatima Oswald has 25 years of regulatory experience and specializes in research, writing, facilitation, and communications projects in the water resources, energy, and environmental sectors. She works on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance projects. Fatima focuses on hydroelectric and pumped storage projects, Low Impact Hydropower Institute Certifications (LIHI) certification, fish passage, and federal and state permitting. She has 20 years of experience working with diverse clients, is a proactive communicator, and enjoys managing and facilitating projects and people. 

Fatima holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus in environmental management, and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in ecology and conservation, both from the University of Washington in Seattle.
