My goal at Kleinschmidt is to assist clients by having a thorough understanding of regulations and help navigate the best possible outcome for both client and environment.”
Hannah Flanagan has five years of regulatory experience and specializes in federal, state, and local permitting associated with hydropower and renewable energy projects. She is experienced in drafting permitting packages involving land use management with a focus on naturally protected resources and agency consultation. Hannah is involved in fieldwork and data collection including water sample collection in effort to classify water quality, stream crossing data collection related to fish passage, consultation with private landowners, and in-person interviews for recreational studies.
Hannah attended the University of Southern Maine, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Planning and Policy.
