Heather Martin has 11 years of hydro project experience and 2 years of building project experience in construction and design. She specializes in inspection, design, and supporting construction of new and existing hydro structures. She also leads and manages multi-disciplinary engineering projects and has performed due diligence reviews and evaluations for hydro asset acquisitions. 

Heather holds an M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maine and a member of the Maine ASCE and the Structural Engineers Association of Maine (SEAM).
