Helen Russell has 4 years of dam safety experience and 7 years of geotechnical engineering experience. She specializes in geotechnical field investigation and geotechnical assessments of earthen embankments. Her technical expertise includes risk assessments, dam removals, foundation design, slope stability evaluation, and geotechnical site characterization studies. Her seismic experience includes seismic site class evaluation and liquefaction assessments. 

Helen earned her B.S.E. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Geotechnical and Structural Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2017. Helen holds her E.I.T. license in Civil Engineering and has over three years of professional experience in the Geotechnical Engineering community.
