Jack Belyeu has 18 years of hydropower-specific experience. He specializes in design for structural and civil aspects of hydropower projects including drawings of hydroelectric, electrical substations, facility buildings, and mill projects. He is experienced in designing gates and concrete repairs, as well as site layouts, performing construction field inspections, and preparing reports. He is proficient in AutoCAD and Microstation. 

Jack graduated with a certificate in Computer Aided Drafting from Kennebec Valley Community College in Fairfield, Maine.
