Jennifer Esteban has 15 years of fisheries engineering for the hydropower industry specializing in structural engineering, assisting the project team in the structural design of mechanical and structural elements for fish passage around dams, floating surface collectors, hatcheries, fish sorting facilities, and river work.  Prior to joining Kleinschmidt her experience included structural design and evaluation of residential, multi-use, corporate, educational, healthcare, and telecommunication projects throughout the west coast of the United States for a total of 26 years in the consulting industry. 

Jennifer has a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
