Jessica has 14 years of geotechnical engineering experience, specializing in dam safety and rehabilitation. Her expertise includes developing and managing subsurface investigations, performing stability and seepage evaluations, conducting liquefaction and seismic analyses, designing filters, and evaluating instrumentation data. She has also played a key role in construction quality assurance and control, overseeing drilling and inspection programs focused east of the Mississippi River. Jessica has prepared dam safety inspection reports, surveillance and instrumentation monitoring plans, and stability evaluations in accordance with guidelines from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other federal agencies.
Jess has her Bachelor (2010) and Master (2011) of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New York.
