Jillian Davis has over 17 years of hydropower-specific experience and is Kleinschmidt’s Director of Project Management and a civil/structural Senior Engineering Consultant. She specializes in rehabilitation design of hydroelectric sites, low-head powerhouse design, penstock design and rehabilitation, and dam safety inspections. Jillian’s experience in design of hydropower structures includes powerhouses, intake structures, bulkheads, trashracks and rakers, gates, penstocks, retaining walls, overhead crane supports, flashboards including inflatable rubber dams and Obermeyer system, and fish lifts. She performs dam safety and dam stability analysis and developed Kleinschmidt’s in-house dam stability analysis software KAStable. 

Jillian has a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine (2008). She is a member of ASCE and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Kentucky, New York, Nebraska, and Iowa.
