Keenan Goslin has 19 years of hydropower-specific experience and specializes in structural assessment and design of dam and hydroelectric project structures including dams, powerhouses, penstocks, intakes, and gates. He is also a Kleinschmidt-approved project manager and has served in this capacity on more than 160 hydropower projects. Keenan has supported dam safety projects including conducting dam and penstock inspections. He is experienced in completing field assessments of existing structures and developing and leading the development of project designs and specifications for renovations/replacement of project components. Keenan is proficient in Microsoft Project, RISA-3D, MathCAD, and AutoCAD.
Keenan has a M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine as well as and MBA from the University of Maine. Keenan is a SPRAT Level I Technician and Kleinschmidt Rope Access Team Leader and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and U.S. Society on Dams (USSD).
