Kelly Kirven has 18 years of regulatory experience and specializes in coordinating activities associated with the licensing of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) jurisdictional hydropower projects and license compliance. Activities include the following: issue identification; technical writing and editing of milestone documents; document organization and development; meeting facilitation and documentation; and writing, coordinating, and QA/QC of technical reports. Kelly also specializes in recreation planning including recreation study development, implementation and reporting, and Recreation Management Plan development. 

Kelly has a B.S. in Biology from Newberry College.
