Leslie Corrow has over 25 years of hydropower-specific experience and specializes in structural design of hydroelectric project components for new and rehabilitation projects. She participates in many design projects including rehabilitation of hydroelectric sites, fish passage designs, marine pier designs, minimum flow unit designs, and new hydroelectric projects. Leslie has design experience with new structures made of concrete, steel, or wood, as well as renovations and repairs to existing structures. She has performed engineering design for and assisted in managing a variety of hydropower and marine engineering projects with such structures including powerhouses, intake structures, bulkhead dams, trash racks, gates, penstocks, retaining walls, piers, and docks, overhead crane supports, flashboards including inflatable rubber dams, recreational boat launch sites, and fish lifts. Leslie also specializes in construction services, coordinating engineering support during the construction phase.

Leslie holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine, and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, and New York and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) holding a Chair position of the Maine Section Scholarship Committee, and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and Structural Engineers Association of Maine (SEAM).
