Lydia joins Kleinschmidt with more than 15 years of editing experience as well as a background in teaching writing at the college, graduate, and professional levels. She has provided technical editing support across multiple disciplines, including engineering, academia, and most recently transportation. In her role as technical editor, she reviews a broad range of deliverables for Kleinschmidt and develops resources to help writers hone their skills and produce materials aligned with Kleinschmidt’s high standard of excellence.

Lydia works remotely from Saint Paul, MN, and values opportunities to collaborate and respond to editing needs across the organization. She holds an M.A. in English from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and a B.A. in English (with high honors) and a minor in mathematics from Oberlin College.
