Lynette Gardner has 13 years of hydropower-specific experience and specializes in fisheries and aquatic habitat assessments. She is experienced in water quality monitoring, fish and macroinvertebrate population surveys, and aquatic habitat characterization. Lynette’s skills include radio telemetry design and implementation, Instream Flow Incremental Methodology (IFIM), and data management and analysis. She has recently supported the development of mitigation plans by implementing baseline field studies such as water temperature monitoring, fish assemblage evaluation via eDNA, and aquatic mesohabitat mapping. 

Lynette holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Allegheny College.
