Maciej (Mac) Lambrych brings more than 20 years of experience leading ISO 9001–aligned Quality Management Systems (QMS) across complex engineering, environmental, and infrastructure projects. As Kleinschmidt’s QMS Manager, Mac is responsible for advancing a firmwide culture of quality, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all projects and disciplines.

In his role, Mac oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Kleinschmidt’s QMS program. He leads internal and external audit processes, manages non-conformance reporting (NCR), root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and establishes performance metrics to track and improve quality outcomes. Mac works closely with technical staff, project managers, and leadership to integrate risk-based thinking into project delivery, ensuring that quality is embedded at every stage—from planning through execution. He also supports workflow optimization, digital quality tools, and training initiatives to strengthen organizational efficiency and project performance.

Mac holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Master of Arts in Language Studies (Spanish and Portuguese) from the University of Wroclaw. He also completed a Master’s Program in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge. His professional certifications include ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified QMS Auditor, and Six Sigma Green Belt training.
