Neil M. Schweitzer has 10 years of structural engineering experience and specializes in analyzing the structural integrity of buildings. He is experienced in comprehensive design work with steel, wood, concrete, concrete masonry unit (CMU), and aluminum structures. Neil has experience with SAP2000 and ETABS, RAM Structural Systems, RAM Concept, RISA 3D, Reinforced Concrete Design (ACI 318), Structural Steel Design (AISC Steel Design Manual), Wood Design (AWC NDS), and CMU Design (ACI 530).
Neil has a B.S. and an M.Eng. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering, from Oregon State University. He is licensed as a professional civil engineer in California, New York, and Oregon.
