Paul Clark has 3 years of civil/structural engineering experience and specializes in providing on-site construction support and supporting design of hydroelectric project structures including gates and fish passage facilities. He is experienced in providing stability analyses for concrete structures such as dams and powerhouses and provides QA/QC for owners regarding construction activities from project scoping through bidding and construction. Paul is knowledgeable in structural analysis software, concrete design, steel design, and is developing experience in Dam Safety and Fish Passage work. 

Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he graduated Cum Laude, and participated in professional student societies for AISC, ASCE, and ACI. Paul is looking forward to continuing those professional society connections and expanding his career professionally, technically, and interpersonally.
