Sandra Wash has four years of regulatory experience and specializes in developing Federal Energy Regulatory Commission relicensing, surrender, and amendment applications and compliance documents for hydroelectric projects. Sandra’s hydropower experience includes licensing for unconstructed pumped storage projects. She also manages stakeholder and consultation databases, administrative records, and performs environmental analyses ranging from geology and soils, water quality, recreation, aesthetics, land use, wildlife and terrestrial, aesthetics, socioeconomics, environmental justice, and cultural resources. Sandra graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oregon State University receiving her B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences and also possesses a B.S. in Business Management from the University of New Orleans.
