Thomas (Tj) Wiggs is a hydropower regulatory specialist with experience in FERC relicensing, license surrender and decommissioning, and regulatory compliance. He has experience with complex project coordination and demonstrates efficient workflow strategies, document management, and effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders. He is meticulously organized, detail-oriented, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. He shows particular experience in the planning, coordination, and development of hydropower regulatory documents. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in  English Literature and Philosophy from Boise State University, as well as a Master of Public Administration with an Emphasis in Natural Resource and Environmental Policy from Boise State University. He also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Conflict Management.
