Tim Saville has 34 years of hydropower-specific experience and is a Kleinschmidt-approved Project Manager who has completed our internal PM training program. He has served in this role on more than 100 hydroelectric projects during his career. Tim specializes in the development of new hydroelectric generating facilities, engineering inspections, evaluations, Value Engineering and design of maintenance and rehabilitation solutions for large and small hydroelectric facilities and water retaining structures. Tim has administrative experience including project troubleshooting, strategic alliance contract management, mentoring, and asset management programming as well as process and procedure development. He rigorously applies project management methodologies to project planning, execution, and control.
Tim has a B.Eng. and Mgmt. in Civil Engineering and Management from McMaster University and is an active member of Professional Engineers Ontario, the Ontario Waterpower Association (OWA), and the Canadian Dam Association (CDA). He is licensed to practice engineering in Ontario.
