Youssef Abdeldayem focuses on analyzing and designing steel and concrete structures. He is certified with the Industrial Rope Access Association (IRATA). Youssef has experience managing construction projects on suspension bridges, including concrete pier encapsulations, bearing replacements, asphalt-wearing surface replacements, and steel truss reinforcement. He also has experience developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tender documents from his previous work experience.
With a B. Eng in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, Youssef is an E.I.T with Engineers Nova Scotia. Additionally, he holds a CAPM certification from PMI and has actively participated in professional student competitions and societies, including ACI and CPCI.
