Alex is a structural engineer in training with some experience in steel and reinforced concrete design. He is expecting to work on calculations for intake structures and dam stability. He will be performing field inspections and going on site visits of hydroelectric dams to become more familiar with their components.
Alex graduated from the University of Maine in the spring of 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a concentration in structural engineering. He also earned a minor in mathematics.
