Jennifer is a Staff Licensing Coordinator engaged in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) hydropower relicensing, license compliance, and environmental permitting. Her skills are utilized in authoring project elements for a range of relicensing documents and reports. Prior to joining Kleinschmidt, Jennifer worked as both as a fisheries biologist and environmental researcher.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Biology from Augusta University and a M.S. in Marine Sciences from Savannah State University.
