Roy Van Clieaf has 39 years of hydropower-specific experience and specializes in Hydroelectric Project and Production Management. Roy has worked in Quality Assurance for the past four years of experience in Quality Management with Kleinschmidt Associates and has 35 years of experience with Ontario Hydro/Ontario Power Generation with a Mechanical background.  Roy helped develop and participate in the Quality Management Program in an Integrated Industrial Project Delivery (I2PD) Team environment for the Ontario Power Generation Otto Holden Hydroelectric Facility. 

Roy obtained a certificate of completion in comprehensive project management from the University of Toronto.
