Sean Gallagher has 3 years of hydropower-specific experience and specializes in design and drafting of structural, civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects of hydropower projects including penstocks and intake structures. He also drafts and designs fish passage facilities and road and utility layouts. Sean has 12 years of experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and is an Autodesk Certified Professional. He has 8 years of experience in civil design, and 3 years of experience in infrastructural work. 

Sean is currently an EIT pursuing his Professional Engineering certification and volunteers for the Portland Clean Streets initiative, keeping the water quality swales in his neighborhood clean of trash and debris.
